Registration for:

T-Ball
League Age: 4-6
T-Ball is our introductory division to baseball designed for players League Age 4-6. In this division, players will learn some basic skills of the game, such as: hitting off of the tee, running to the bases, and some throwing. The most important aspect is that the players have fun and hopefully develop a love for the game. 

Coach Pitch (A)
League Age: 6-7
Coach Pitch is one of our developmental divisions designed for player League Age 6-7, with at least one year in Tball. Coaches will pitch to the players. Scores are not kept in this division, the players are still grasping the knowledge of simple fielding and making simple plays. We really try and hope to build self-confidence in a non-competitive environment for the players. 


Minors AA
League Age: 8-10
Minors AA is one of our developmental divisions designed for players League Age 8-10. The division will continue developing basic fundamental skills as well as learning and grasping the rules of the game. Players will begin pitching at this level and the scoreboard will be used. Pitching guidelines will be in place and enforced. 


Minors AAA
League Age: 9-11
By selecting “Minor AAA Division” you understand your player will not be considered for our Major Division. Our Minor AAA Division is done by a try-out process. If you have a player League Age 9-10 and they are not selected to a Minors AAA team through the try-out process, they will automatically be placed in our Minors AA Division. Typically, only 1-3 9 yr olds will make Minors AAA - only 11 yr olds are guaranteed to be in Minors AAA


Majors
League Age: 10-12
Our Majors Division is done by a try-out process. If you have a player League Age 10-11 and they are not selected to a Majors team through the try-out process, they will automatically be placed in our Minors AAA Division (does not apply to returning Major players). Typically, only 1-3 10 yr olds will make Majors - only 12 yr olds are guaranteed to be in Majors


Intermediate / 5070
League Age: 12-13


Juniors
League Age: 14

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS 

Players will be eligible to play with our league only if they reside or the physical location of the school where they attend classes is within the boundaries provided to and approved by Little League Baseball®, Incorporated.

In order to meet the residency requirements, you are required to provide one document from each group OR provide a Little League School Enrollment Form indicating enrollment for the current academic year, dated prior to October 1.

School Enrollment Form is only to be used if you live outside of our CTVLL boundaries BUT your child attends one of the listed schools in the drop box menu

GROUP ONE Driver’s License School records Vehicle records (i.e., registration, lease, etc.) Employment records Insurance documents 

GROUP TWO Welfare/child care records Federal records (Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.) State records Local (municipal) records Support payment records Homeowner or tenant records Military records 

GROUP THREE  Voter’s Registration Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/ sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal) Financial records (i.e. loan, credit, investments, etc.) Medical records Internet, cable, or satellite records 

NOTE: Example – Three documents from the same Group (utility bill, cable bill, and bank statement) constitute only ONE document.

Registration

Please have the following required items for verification
(All items are required even if the player was previously registered)

1. Player(s) birth certificate
2. Three forms of address verification
a. Examples are Driver’s license, Homeowner or rental records, and Utility bill. For more examples, see Little League Residency Checklist.
b. Please note that you will need one verification item from each group.
3. Printed and Completed Medical Release Form.


• Please complete your registration using the online payment module. If payment is
not received within seven (7) days of your original registration, your player will be "waitlisted."

• Your player's spot is not guaranteed until registration is completed (payment has been received). Thank you.

Volunteering
All Families are required to volunteer with the league in some capacity (working with any of the kids [Team Mom, Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, just helping the team at practice] You will be required to upload an image of your ID as well as a League Volunteer Application (Download now) These forms will need to be uploaded during registration

We also have scorekeepers and Field crew positions available

Remember: All new players are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate at the time of first registration. You will be given the opportunity to upload a copy of your player's birth certificate as part of this process. If you are new to the league, you MUST submit a copy of your player's birth certificate via mail to the league address. These copies are kept in the league files for the duration of the players' membership in CTVLL. (Hospital, Baptismal and certified abstracts of birth are not accepted as proof of age documents.)
