Registration for Spring 2025 is OPEN.
New for Spring 2025 is the $125 Volunteer Fee, The volunteer fee is per household (as of October 2024).
HOW IT WORKS
The annual volunteer fee Cordelia Tri-Valley Little League will collect is non-refundable. This $125-per-family fee we collect will continue be used for expenses during the current season and investments for future seasons. This fee is separate from the Player Registration fee.
There is a build-in incentive for those families who volunteer year-after-year. For example: First-time families will always be required to pay the $125 volunteer fee. Those families who paid the first year in the league and have met their volunteer requirement of (8) hours, we provide a volunteer waiver code. This code is used to eliminate their volunteer fee when registering the following year.
Approved ways to earn your code,
Head Coach or 1st Assistant Coach
Scorekeeping- minimum 4 games
Field setup and break down- minimum 4 games
Concessions- 8 hours
Field workdays- 8 hours
In order to fulfill scorekeeping or field breakdown and setup roles, parents must attend a training clinic and be assigned to their players team in that appropriate task.
Waiver codes are distributed by email to those eligible families when registration opens the following year. If there are questions about receiving the code, please contact [email protected]. Returning Head Coaches, 1st Assistant Coaches and Board Members can email for a code this year.
NOTE: Volunteer commitment is considered fulfilled in continuous years. For example, a family who participates, pays and fulfills volunteer hours in the 2025 season and does not return in the 2026 season CANNOT claim volunteer waiver code if they return for the 2027 season. They will be required to pay the volunteer fee again.
